I am very pleased with the caring therapy, I have received and I will be, and have, recommended optimal rehabilitation and wellness to my friends and others. One big difference is when I have been to other places for therapy, you were there about an hour each time. Here, you are here until the job is done, usually twice as long or longer. I am doing great and I am able to do most everything. Thank you, Branden and everyone else, I greatly appreciate all of it!

I had surgery for extensive shoulder damage, post-op pain and stiffness was expected as was rehabilitation. I was fortunate to have selected Optimal Rehabilitation & Wellness. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my many questions with confidence. At about five to six weeks, I was able to move my arm (full range). Since then, I have been pain free. With ever increasing exercise, I am regaining my strength. I will be indebted to Branden, Kim, Diane, and Kate for their role in my recovery.

Amazing place with the best therapist(s) around! I was in PT there for 4 months for a broken wrist and right shoulder tear. I LOVE the fact that I have no residual pain from the injury and can lift even more than I could before I got hurt! Optimal is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone! I drove 30 minutes from Flushing 3x a week for therapy because I believed and trusted them!

My injury was a frozen shoulder, the exact cause is not known. Memorable experiences are the pain that diminished as the therapy continued. Also, the need to do the therapy each day at home. The variety of "exercises" amazed me. Also, the wide range of people and injuries the therapist knew how to treat. My daily life began to include a focus on "getting better." My range of motion improved as my dressing, reaching, lifting, and general ability to feel comfortable. All the people at the clinic were supportive and helpful.

Celebrating being back to work for 1 year. I am a flight nurse who had a humeral head fracture with rotator and bicep involvement. One year later, no pain and stronger than before, thanks to Branden and Diane. I would recommend this place hands down! Thanks again guys!

Hi Team Optimal Rehab! My RT Arm feel so much better but I slept wrong on my LT arm and now it hurts as bad as my RT did, ugh! I'm never going to graduate! It's sunny & beautiful in St. Pete.
